50 Years

April 14 1751 my 50 birthday today. That’s right. I, Walter J. Crewe, is 50 years old. I’ve gone through a lot. The death of my sister, Elizabeth, my own family of 7 (which is still 100% alive) Fort Louisbourg and so much more. As a kid, I would look at older people like I am now and think to my self, ‘one day that will be me’. Then it seemed like it would be forever, but now that day is here. 50 years is pretty big for me, halfway to 100 I like to think. So much has changed since I was smaller. So many years have gone by.
